Quantum Engineering and Consulting Group is an agile professional services and technology firm based in Newcastle, Australia.
We are primarily a technology integrator that develops customised electrical, software, and automation solutions to the longwall coal mining industry. We currently work with more than 20 coal mines across NSW and QLD and have a proven record of delivering cutting edge automation and control systems to drive continuous improvement to operations.
We are also the distributor and integrator of LASC – a suite of market-leading autonomous technologies owned by the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO).
We have close working relationships with the CSIRO, its LASC research and development team, and with coal industry groups with a vested interest in industry research and development.
